Book Review

"The Fault in Our Stars" by John Green

What a beautiful book. I think that one of the reviews on Amazon.com says it best, this is a book that "contains content and themes thoroughly relatable to a young audience, while being presented in a way that adults will appreciate." For a book about young adults being faced with cancer it was incredible to me how much the story wasn't actually about cancer - and I'm glad. The story was at the core about the characters, their premature maturity and their relationship, told against the background of something more interesting and difficult than your typical high school campus. I would not hesitate to say that it is a result of the complexity of these characters that makes the story all the more infectious and painful but ultimately incredible.

Ultimately this book is near impossible to put down, will indeed make you cry, and should be read by anyone and everyone.

What do you all think? Has anyone else read "The Fault in Our Stars?" Does everyone love it as much as I do?
